1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in the user's browser in order to remember information about their visit, such as the contents of the basket or their preferences. This policy applies equally to similar technologies, such as browser local storage or tracking pixels.
2. Ownership
- First-party cookies: installed by PERU-RENT SL (FoneStore), owner of fonestore.es.
- Third-party cookies: installed by the entities whose services are used on the website (Google, Meta and others). Each of them processes the data in accordance with its own policy.
3. Consent
On first visiting the website, a notice is displayed allowing the user to accept cookies, reject them o choose by category.
- The strictly necessary cookies are installed in all cases, as they are necessary for the shop to work — basket, payment, log-in and storing the user's cookie choice. They do not require consent.
- Cookies for preferences, analytics and marketing are installed only with the user's prior consent. Rejecting cookies or closing the notice prevents them from being installed.
- Users may change or withdraw their consent at any time from the website's own cookie notice.
The user's choice is kept for 12 months, after which it will be requested again.

Card payment: during the payment process, the gateway may install its own strictly necessary cookies in order to process the transaction and prevent fraud.
Google Tag Manager is the tool that loads the Google services listed above. It does not install cookies of its own and only activates each service once the user has given consent (Google Consent Mode v2).
Fonts and external links: the fonts are served from FoneStore's own server. The WhatsApp link opens the application only when the user activates it and does not install cookies on this website.
5. International data transfers

6. Blocking and deleting cookies from the browser
Irrespective of the cookie notice, users may delete or block cookies from their browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the basket and the payment process from working.
To disable Google Analytics on any website, its opt-out add-on.
