Which version to choose
We have it in 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB, and in five colours: black, white, lavender, mist blue and sage.
Storage is the one thing you can't change later, so it's worth thinking about: if you keep lots of photos and videos on the phone itself, 256 GB runs out sooner than you'd think.
What each grade means
The grade describes appearance, not performance. Every phone works perfectly, whatever grade you choose.
- Like New — barely noticeable signs of use. You have to look closely and in good light to find them.
- Good Condition — visible signs of use on the screen or casing. Perfect performance and a considerably lower price.
- 100% Battery — either of the two above, but with a new battery at 100% health.
- No Face ID — everything works except facial recognition. It unlocks with a passcode. It's the most affordable option if you don't use Face ID.
- Generic Replacement Part — it has a compatible non-original component, usually the screen. iOS may show the "unknown part" notice. It works normally.
What's included
In every case: battery health above 85% at the time of delivery, the phone restored and free of any accounts — no iCloud or network lock —, a compatible charging cable and a SIM tray ejector tool. No wall charger included.
Warranty and returns
12-month warranty on the same terms for every grade, with shipping both ways at our expense. And 14 days to return it no questions asked, again with costs paid.
